Regularly check the cutting disc for cracks, wear or deformation. Use only compatible blades and mounting materials that are suitable for this cutting disc. The cutting disc may only be operated with the intended blades from our range or blades with the same dimensions to avoid damaging the robotic lawnmower.

Installation and removal:

Turn off the robotic mower and disconnect it from the power supply completely before installing or removing the mower deck. Use a suitable screwdriver for installation and tighten the screws only hand-tight. The use of a cordless screwdriver is not permitted.

Maintenance and inspection:

Regularly check for damage and replace the mowing disc if there is visible material fatigue. Clean the mowing disc with fresh water if necessary, avoiding aggressive chemicals.

Operating conditions:

The mowing disc is optimized for use on flat lawns. Avoid unevenness and obstacles such as stones, manhole covers, roots, etc., as these can cause damage.

Increased cutting performance

The higher number of blades means that even very dense lawns can be cut precisely and easily. The likelihood of plucking and the associated yellow blades of grass is reduced and the cut is more even.

Material properties

The knife plates are made from technical thermoplastic using the additive FDM printing process. When selecting the material, attention was paid to high mechanical strength as well as UV and weather resistance.

Construction

When developing the blade discs, the aim was to achieve a weight-optimized design with greater stability and also to reduce noise emissions and soiling. The smooth surface without edges means that less grass clippings can accumulate, which can lead to imbalance.

Knife service life

The knife service life is increased by the longer blade length available for cutting due to the larger number of knives. The knives are mounted with an optimized mounting distance so that they can usually be rotated and reused.

Installation

As with the original, installation is uncomplicated.

Sustainability

The energy required for production is mainly provided by self-generated electricity and the filament is produced in Austria.

Fixing of the blades

Brass threaded inserts are used to securely fix the knives using M4 screws. The threaded sleeve protrudes approx. 2 mm so that the hood is mounted hand-tight against the sleeve and the blade remains free to rotate.

Compatibility

Meine subjektive Meinung ist das Schnittbild ist besser. Was auch unbedingt zu erwähnen ist der Mähteller bleibt durch die glatte Fläche sauber und auch unter den Messer wickelt sich kein Gras.

Passt perfekt auf unseren eufy e15. Lediglich die mittleren Aufnahmebohrungen könnten 1-2 Zehntel größer sein. Hier musste ich mit einem 9er Bohrer etwas aufweiten, sonst passten die mitbestellen Schrauben mit Unterlegscheiben nicht hinein. Für den Preis hätte es meiner Meinung nach passig sein müssen. Deshalb einen Stern Abzug.
Der Geräuschpegel ist geringfügig lauter, aber nicht störend. Schnittbild scheint auf den ersten Blick tatsächlich besser zu sein. Gutes Produkt

Das Schnittbild hat sich gegenüber dem Original Messerteller deutlich verbessert. Und wenn es so ist, dass man die Klingen durch drehen zweimal verwenden kann, hat sich diese Anschaffung schon gelohnt. Auch die Rasenkante wird fast optimal geschnitten und es bleiben nur wenige cm stehen.
