Apple Pay
If you choose “Apple Pay” as your payment method from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, payment will be processed via the “Apple Pay” function of your iOS, watchOS or macOS-based device by charging a payment card stored with “Apple Pay”. Apple Pay uses security features built into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must enter a code that you have previously defined and verify it using the “Face ID” or “Touch ID” function of your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, along with information about your order, is encrypted and shared with Apple. Apple then re-encrypts this data with a developer-specific key before transmitting the data to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to process the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm that the payment has been successful.
If personal data is processed during the transfers described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point b GDPR.
Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve Apple Pay and other Apple products and services.
When you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase you made on your Mac using Safari, your Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can be used to identify you. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings. Go to “Wallet & Apple Pay” and disable “Allow Payments on Mac”.
For more information about Apple Pay's privacy practices, please see the web address below: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027

If you choose to pay via “Google Pay” of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), payment is processed via the “Google Pay” application of your mobile device that is operated with at least Android 4.4 (“KitKat”) and has an NFC function by charging a payment card stored with Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). To authorize a payment via Google Pay in excess of €25, your mobile device must first be unlocked using the verification measure set up for that purpose (e.g. facial recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern).
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, along with information about your order, will be passed on to Google. Google then transmits the payment information you have stored in Google Pay in the form of a uniquely assigned transaction number to the originating website, which is used to verify that payment has been made. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of your means of payment stored with Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a one-time valid numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google only acts as an agent to process the payment process. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the initial website by charging the means of payment stored with Google Pay.
If personal data is processed in the course of the transfers described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point b GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for each transaction carried out via Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, merchant location and description, a description of the purchased goods or services provided by the merchant, photos you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of a legitimate interest in proper accounting, verification of transaction data and optimization and maintenance of the functionality of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to merge the processed transaction data with other information that is collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.

10) Online marketing
Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 ESW5, Ireland (“Google”). Google AdSense uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. In addition, Google AdSense also uses so-called “web beacons” (small invisible graphics) to collect information, which can be used to record, collect and evaluate simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there. It may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Google uses the information obtained in this way to evaluate your usage behavior with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense is not merged with other Google data. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is required by law and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
All the processing described above, in particular reading information on the end device used via cookies and/or web beacons, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. Without this consent, Google AdSense will not be used during your visit to the website.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the “Cookie-Consent-Tool” provided on the website.
For data transfers to the US, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

11) Web analysis services
11.1 Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), which enables an analysis of your use of our website.
By default, when you visit the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies, which are stored as small text files on your device and collect certain information. This information also includes your IP address, which is, however, shortened by Google by the last digits in order to exclude a direct personal reference.
The information is transferred to Google servers and processed there. It is also possible that data is transferred to Google LLC based in the USA.
Google uses the collected information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The abbreviated IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. The data collected in the context of the use of Google Analytics 4 is stored for a period of two months and then deleted.
All the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies on the end device used, will only take place if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR.
Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service using the “Cookie-Consent-Tool” provided on the website.
We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google that ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
Further legal information about Google Analytics 4 can be found at https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/, https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Demographic characteristics
Google Analytics 4 uses the special function “demographic characteristics” and can use it to create statistics that provide information about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This is done by analyzing advertising and information from third-party providers. This allows target groups for marketing activities to be identified. However, the collected data cannot be assigned to a specific person and will be deleted after being stored for a period of two months.
Google Signals
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals can be used on this website to create cross-device reports. If you have activated personalized ads and linked your devices to your Google account, Google may, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR, analyze your usage behavior across devices and create database models, including for cross-device conversions. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you wish to stop the cross-device analysis, you can disable the “Personalized Advertising” feature in your Google Account settings. To do this, follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de. Further information on Google Signals can be found at the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=de.
UserIDs
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, the “UserIDs” function can be used on this website. If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR, set up an account on this website and log in to this account on various devices, your activities, including conversions, can be analyzed across devices.
For data transfers to the US, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
11.2 Google Tag Manager
This website uses “Google Tag Manager”, a service provided by the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: “Google”).
Google Tag Manager provides a technical basis for bundling various web applications, including tracking and analysis services, and for calibrating, controlling and attaching conditions to them via a uniform user interface. Google Tag Manager itself does not store any information on user terminals or read it out. Nor does the service perform any independent data analysis. However, when you visit a page, Google Tag Manager transmits your IP address to Google, where it may be stored. It is also possible to transmit the data to Google LLC. servers in the United States.
This processing will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. Without this consent, Google Tag Manager will not be used when you visit our site. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please deactivate this service in the “Cookie Consent Tool” provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of the data of our site visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the US, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
Further legal information on Google Tag Manager can be found at https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/ and https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de.
12) Retargeting/Remarketing and Conversion Tracking
12.1 Meta Pixel
Within our online offering, we use the “Meta Pixel” service from the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Meta”)
When a user clicks on an advertisement we have posted on Facebook and/or Instagram, “Meta Pixel” is used to add a parameter to the URL of our linked page. This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser after redirection by a cookie that our linked page itself sets.
This enables Meta, on the one hand, to determine the visitors to our online offering as a target group for the display of ads. Accordingly, we use the service to display Facebook and/or Instagram ads placed by us only to users who have also shown an interest in our online offering or who exhibit certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Meta (so-called “custom audiences”).
On the other hand, the “Meta Pixel” can be used to track whether users have been redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement and what actions they take there (so-called “conversion tracking”).
The data collected is anonymous to us, so we cannot use it to identify users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta so that it can be linked to the respective user profile and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes.
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by disabling this service in the “Cookie Consent Tool” provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of the data of our site visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Meta is usually transferred to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, it may also be transferred to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA.
For data transfers to the US, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
12.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
For this purpose, Google places a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. Any further data processing will only take place if you have consented to Google linking your internet and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize the ads you view on the web. If you are logged into Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. To do this, Google will temporarily link your personal data with Google Analytics data to create target groups. When using Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
All the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. Without this consent, retargeting technology will not be used during your visit to the site.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service in the “Cookie-Consent-Tool” provided on the website.
For data transfers to the US, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

12.3 Google Ads conversion tracking
This website uses the online advertising program “Google Ads” and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
We use the Google Ads service to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Adwords) on external websites. We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. In doing so, we pursue the aim of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Every Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that could be used to personally identify users.
When using Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Details on the processing triggered by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and how Google handles data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
All the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by disabling this service in the “Cookie Consent Tool” provided on the website.
You can permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads conversion tracking by downloading and installing the Google browser plug-in available at the following link:
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de
In order to address users whose data we have received in the context of business or business-like relationships in a more interest-based manner, we use a customer matching function within Google Ads. To do this, we electronically transmit one or more files with aggregated customer data (mainly email addresses and telephone numbers) to Google. Google does not have access to plain text data, but automatically encrypts the information in the customer files using a special algorithm as part of the transmission process. The encrypted information can then only be used by Google to assign it to existing Google accounts that the data subjects have set up. This enables personalized advertising to be displayed across all Google services linked to the respective Google account.
Customer data will only be transmitted to Google if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google's data protection measures regarding the customer matching function can be found here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6334160?hl=de&ref_topic=10550182
Google's privacy policy can be viewed here: https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/ and https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

12.4 Google Ads conversion tracking without cookies
This website uses the online advertising program “Google Ads” and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
We use the Google Ads service to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Adwords) on external websites. We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. In doing so, we pursue the aim of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
This website uses Google Ads Conversion Tracking exclusively without the use of cookies, which means that the service never sets cookies on your device.
Instead, your browser's local memory is used to store an individual ID assigned by Google, which enables an analysis of your use of the website. For this purpose, certain user information is processed via the ID.
The ID is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. If the user visits certain pages of this website, both we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked across Google Ads customers' websites. The information collected in this way is used to generate conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking.
If the collected information is personally identifiable, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO based on our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the success of our advertising campaigns.

12.6 Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform of the operator Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“GMP”).
GMP uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to capture so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP ad and later, using the same browser, visits the advertiser's website and makes a purchase through that site. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server.
We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge as follows: Through the integration of GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider will obtain and store your IP address. 13.5 Google Maps
This website uses an online map service provided by the following provider: Google Maps (API) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive maps to visually display geographic information. By using this service, our location is displayed to you and it is easier for you to find us.
When you access a subpage that contains a Google Maps map, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. This may also result in a transmission to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether a user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want this association with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as user profiles and evaluates them.
The collection, storage and analysis are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR, on the basis of Google's legitimate interest in the insertion of personalized advertising, market research and/or the demand-oriented design of Google websites. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right, you must contact Google. Google Maps and thus the map display on this website cannot then be used.
To the extent required by law, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the procedure described above for lodging an objection.
