A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within thirty days without stating any reasons.

The revocation period shall be thirty days with effect from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Markus Blohberger, Markus Blohberger - Evosign, Nüchternbrunnweg 2, 83627 Warngau, Germany, Tel.: 015679 667737, E-Mail: support@greengears3d.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse a repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
