Installation and removal:

Construction


When developing the blade discs, the aim was to achieve a weight-optimized design with greater stability and also to reduce noise emissions and soiling. The smooth surface without edges means that less grass clippings can accumulate, which can lead to imbalance.

Material properties

The knife plates are made from technical thermoplastic using the additive FDM printing process. When selecting the material, attention was paid to high mechanical strength as well as UV and weather resistance.

Increased cutting performance

The higher number of blades means that even very dense lawns can be cut precisely and easily. The likelihood of plucking and the associated yellow blades of grass is reduced and the cut is more even.

Knife service life

The knife service life is increased by the longer blade length available for cutting due to the larger number of knives. The knives are mounted with an optimized mounting distance so that they can usually be rotated and reused.

Installation

As with the original, installation is uncomplicated and possible without an adapter.

Sustainability

The energy required for production is mainly provided by self-generated electricity and the filament is produced in Austria.

Fixing of the blades

Brass threaded inserts are used to securely fix the knives using M4 screws. The threaded sleeve protrudes approx. 2 mm so that the hood is mounted hand-tight against the sleeve and the blade remains free to rotate.

Compatibility

The conventional M4 screws and the original blades can still be used. The cutting heights are exactly the same as those of the original blade plate.

Nach Nachlieferung ok.

Die Tellerscheiben sehen gut aus. Leider kann man sie ohne die passenden Klingen und Schrauben von Euch nicht nutzen. Wenn man sich dafür entscheidet muss man auch Klingen und Schrauben mit bestellen, oder ihr ändert das Set gleich so ab das man gar nicht erst enttäuscht ist. Ich denke mal das das für den Preis möglich ist. Zum Glück habt ihr mir anstandslos geholfen und nun kann ich mir 7 Klingen mähen.

Die Teller mit den Messern haben nach dem Einbau an den Sicherheitsbügeln geschliffen.
Die Ersatzteller haben nicht die gleiche Höhe wie das Original.
Das sollte man bei der Fertigung berücksichtigen.
Also müsste eine leichte Modifikation vorgenommen werden.Schnittbild gut, die Klingen verstopfen nicht so gravierend wie beim Original.

Habe die Messer jetzt etwas mehr als eine Woche und noch schneiden sie wirklich gut. Man kann allerdings schon die Benutzung erkennen. Wie lange diese halten und ob sie länger halten als die originalen, kann ich noch nicht sagen. Aber immerhin kann ich diese noch drehen!

Der Schnitt ist wirklich deutlich besser, der Akkuverbrauch hat sich nicht geändert. Durch die Aussparungen ist dieses Rad lauter als das Original, man hört eben die Luftzirkulation. Zum Festschrauben werden 3 längere Schrauben benötigt, welche leider nicht dabei waren. Das ist etwas ärgerlich. Am Ende bin ich trotzdem sehr zufrieden.

Messerteller aus dem Drucker

Der Messerteller ist aus dem 3D-Drucker, was mich etwas skeptisch macht. So einen hatte ich schon und der hat leider nicht lange durchgehalten. War bei der Bestellung nicht erkennbar aber warten wir mal ab.

Die Bestellung und der Versand lief einwandfrei. Der Einbau war für mich unkompliert. Für einen Laien mit der mitgelieferten Beschreibung schwieriger.Hier sollte eine Erklärung eingefügt werden wo und wie die Distanzscheibe angebracht wird.Nach logischem Probieren war dies für mich dann auch ersichtlich.Der Teller ist Robust und gut verarbeitet.Die Laustärke des Mähroboter hat sich meines Erachtens nicht verändert eher das Mähgeräuch welches einer leisen Turbine ähnelt.Einziger Negativer Aspekt wäre das die mit bestellten Messer beim drehen auf unebenem Rasen an die Vorderräder des Navimow kommen.Bitte die Befestigungshülsen auf der Mähscheibe um ca.3-5mm nach Innen versetzen.Ich bin nun hingegangen und habe die Kanten der Messer abgerundet,somit ist das entstandene laute Geräusch beim drehen verschwunden.Auch das Mähbild sieht sauberer aus und der Rand wird besser erreicht.Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.Weiter so👍

Der Messerteller macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und passt perfekt an den Mähroboter. Der Umbau war sehr leicht und schnell erledigt. Außerdem ist der Mähroboter etwas leiser und das Schnittbild ist super.

Wesentlich besseres Schnittbild - Versprechen gehalten 🤩 Beachten sollte man, dass der Akku mehr in Anspruch genommen wird. Bei meinem Navimow i108E sind es 2,5h statt vorher 4h Laufzeit. Bedeutet bei über 500qm, dass er 2x (statt 1x) laden muss und es somit knapp2 h länger dauert.
